I'm a beginner, is this for me?
Absolutely! Reformer pilates is suitable for all levels, including beginners. We’ll guide you safely through the fundamentals and foundations, and tailor each session to your needs.
What to wear/bring?
​Wear comfortable, form-fitting clothing that allows full range of motion — avoid baggy clothes. Grippy/non-slip socks are required for safety and proper grip on the reformer. Don't forget to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during your session.
Where can I park?
There is free parking available on site (entrance from Paterson Place road). If onsite parking is full, there is free public car park available 1 minute away (walking distance) on the Brook Street, Shepshed, 9RE LE12.
How do I access the building?
The front entrance of Brooklyn House is not in use. Please use the back entrance which is accessible from the onsite parking behind the building (from Paterson Place road).
Please ring the 'Unit 11' on the intercom and you will be let in.
Cancellation policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged in full. You can cancel/manage your bookings by logging into your account.​
Late arrival policy
Please arrive on time for your session. We suggest arriving 5 minutes before the start of your session to get settled. Late arrivals over 5 minutes, cannot be accommodated and the session will be charged in full.
Minimum age requirement
Our Reformer Pilates sessions are designed for adults aged 18 and over. Participants must be at least 18 to book or attend a session.
Contact and replies
We’re a small business and aim to respond to all messages/emails within 48 hours. Messages/emails sent on weekends or holidays may take a little longer.
