
What is reformer pilates?
Reformer Pilates is a low-impact, dynamic, full-body workout performed on a specialised spring-based machine with a sliding carriage. The spring resistance can be tailored to each individual, allowing for a fully personalised experience. Movements can be performed lying down, sitting, kneeling, or standing, with variations enhanced by different accessories such as the box, jumpboard, ball, pilates ring, gondola pole, resistance bands and more. This versatility makes the reformer a highly adaptable piece of equipment and an effective way to move your body.
