Our Team

Owner, Lead Instructor

Dr Carmen Horvat

Carmen has decades long history in artistic gymnastics, where she represented Slovenia for many years. Her interest in sport led her to complete an MSc and PhD at Loughborough University. After retiring from elite gymnastics, she discovered a passion for reformer pilates, drawn to its similarities with gymnastics, including attention to detail, precision, and control. Her reformer practice is based on breath-movement coordination, body alignment and core engagement performed with intention and mindful flow.
